Multiskilled Engineer - FMCG Manufacturing
Location: Thetford | Salary: 51,250 per annum
Shift: 4 on / 4 off (05:00-15:00 & 16:30-00:30)

We are working with a leading FMCG manufacturing site to recruit a Multiskilled Engineer. You will join a hands-on Engineering team, ensuring equipment availability, responding to breakdowns, and driving productivity across the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record all maintenance jobs on the CMMS system.
• Report directly to the Team Leader.
• Carry out daily mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks.
• Undertake reactive maintenance (approx. 80%) and planned maintenance (approx. 20%).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in mechanical or electrical discipline.
• Electrical experience preferred due to site requirements.
• Previous FMCG or manufacturing experience advantageous.

• A day-shift alternative is available for candidates seeking non-shift work (role title: Senior Reliability Engineer, 50k).
